Elite Coaching Package

This is my highest-value offering—a comprehensive transformation program designed for those ready to move beyond surface-level fitness. You'll receive a fully customized nutrition protocol including macros, peak performance phases and rest day meal plan. Your customized training program is built specifically for your body, goals, and lifestyle.  I'll review your bloodwork and health markers with you directly, cutting through the noise to identify what actually matters for your performance and longevity. No blood work? We will get you set up with an at home service to make it convienent for you. Throughout the engagement, you get weekly Zoom calls to track progress and adjust strategy. As a VIP client, you have direct phone access to me whenever you need guidance—no gatekeeping, no delays. The centerpiece is seven days of in-person coaching where I live with you to establish the systems, habits, and mindset shifts that stick. This immersive period accelerates results and builds the foundation for sustainable change. I also provide personalized guidance on supplementation and performance optimization, ensuring every decision aligns with your actual needs rather than marketing hype. Your investment begins with a $500 discovery call—a working session where we assess your situation, clarify your real objectives, and determine if this program is the right fit. That fee applies directly to your total cost if we move forward. Packages range from $10k-$15k.  (Be Sure to include your phone number for a call back) This package is for people who are serious about change and willing to do the work. It's not for everyone, and that's intentional.
