Performance Anxiety (Freedom from Performance Anxiety) ~ Subliminal

Freedom from Performance Anxiety — Performance anxiety is typically caused by negative thoughts about one's ability to perform well. While many assume that performance anxiety is relatively rare, it's actually one of the most commonly reported symptoms among all social fears. It takes on many colors. Performance anxiety can be attached to everything from public speaking and theatrical endeavors to sexual performance.  Turn fear into the fuel that energizes your performance today! Many seek to avoid situations due to their uncertainty, but this only insures failure and strengthens their fears. This generates a sort of circularity—we avoid out of fear and that increases our fear, so we avoid again out of fear, which magnifies our fears until everything is so out of proportion that it seems impossible to change. Well it’s time to end this form of self-sabotage! Performance anxiety arises as a result of our state of mind. Our mental fears can seriously hold us back from the life we deserve. When it comes to mental training, changing the denigrating negative to the supporting positive expectation, InnerTalk’s patented technology is here. You can enjoy your passion for creativity in whatever form and do so confidently with all eyes on you. You can gain the confidence and deliver your finest performances and using this powerful program will facilitate your success! You do deserve—are you ready?
