Elevation 7522 Estes Park Blend

Medium Roast Ethiopian Brazil Blend. Enjoying a steaming cup of smooth, rich coffee, roasted right at 7,522 feet elevation, the beauty of Estes Park feels even more vibrant. The white-capped Rocky Mountains stand tall against the crisp blue skies, making each sip a celebration of Colorado’s breathtaking altitude and allure. Highland Coffee Company coffee is roasted at a high altitude, bringing out the natural sweetness and low acidity of the beans with less bitterness for a rich flavor and aroma. High-altitude roasting and storage results in a mold free, full-bodied cup of coffee that is both flavorful and complex. The lower air pressure in roasting preserves more of the coffee’s antioxidants which can help to protect against cancer, heart disease, and other chronic diseases.
