Elevate Connector B - 2 pcs

The Woud Elevate Connector B pieces are basically the building blocks that let you turn the Elevate shelving system from a simple shelf into something more architectural and substantial. Norwegian designers Camilla Akersveen and Christopher Konings figured out how to make modular furniture that doesn't require you to become a carpenter - you just stack, twist the wooden dowels, and suddenly you have custom storage that looks intentional rather than improvised. The oak veneer with its white pigmented lacquer finish gives it this clean, Scandinavian aesthetic that works equally well in a home office or a living room where you're trying to display books, plants, or whatever collection needs organizing. What's smart about the connector approach is how it lets you build vertically without the whole thing looking precarious or temporary. Each shelf can handle up to 15-40 kg depending on configuration, which is more than enough for most people's storage needs without worrying about the whole system collapsing under the weight of your book collection. The solid oak dowels with metal hardware create these connection points that feel substantial and secure once you tighten them by hand - no tools needed, which makes reconfiguring or moving the system way less of a project. The modular approach means you can start small and add pieces over time, or rearrange everything when your space or storage needs change. The oak finish develops character over time instead of just looking worn, and the proportions work well in different room sizes without overwhelming smaller spaces. Woud operates with this philosophy that furniture should adapt to how people actually live rather than forcing them to work around rigid designs. Their partnership with Akersveen and Konings reflects this commitment to creating pieces that solve real organizational challenges through smart engineering rather than just following aesthetic trends. The brand focuses on that honest Nordic approach where good design enhances daily life through thoughtful functionality, ensuring their modular systems become integral parts of how people organize and display their possessions rather than just temporary solutions that get replaced when needs evolve.
