Your guests don’t just want a place to sit—they want a moment. The Metropolis frames a long, elegant flame with plenty of ledge space for cocktails and s’mores, creating a lounge they’ll rave about in reviews. Below, see how this design works beautifully across materials, fuel choices, and styling approaches in real STR settings. Why the Metropolis Is the Go-To Rectangular Gas Fire Pit Table for Modern Patios A fire pit does more than provide warmth. It creates a central gathering space where guests naturally linger longer, share conversations, and enjoy outdoor evenings together. The Elementi Metropolis combines modern concrete design, dependable gas performance, and easy guest operation, making it a popular choice for patios, backyard lounges, and vacation rental outdoor spaces. Designed to Impress: Modern concrete fire pit vibes A low, architectural concrete fire pit instantly elevates patios, rooftops, and courtyards. GFRC (glass-fiber reinforced concrete) gives you the monolithic look of cast stone with added strength and weather resistance—great for busy guest traffic and year-round use. Clean Heat, Happy Guests: Host-friendly gas firepit Skip smoke and sparks. This gas firepit lights with a push, warms quickly to 45,000 BTUs, and adjusts on demand—so no one’s swapping seats or dodging embers. Choose Natural Gas for continuous supply or LP for flexible placement. Style It Your Way: Minimalist take on cement fire pits Love the look of cement fire pits? Metropolis keeps it crisp and versatile: Light or Dark Gray finishes, rectangular profile that photographs beautifully, and optional accessories (wind screen, stainless lid, matching LP tank cover) for a polished, resort-ready setup. GFRC Concrete That Handles Every Season Outdoors Durable GFRC Construction for Outdoor Conditions The fire pit body is crafted from GFRC (glass-fiber reinforced concrete). Compared with traditional concrete fire pits, GFRC provides: • Strong resistance to outdoor weather • Reduced risk of cracking • Improved structural durability • A refined stone-like appearance This construction allows the Metropolis to remain outdoors year-round while maintaining its visual appeal. A Rectangular Fire Pit Table That Anchors Outdoor Seating The Metropolis is designed to work with modern patio layouts. The 56-inch rectangular shape fits perfectly between outdoor sofas or lounge chairs, allowing several guests to sit comfortably around the flame. Unlike smaller fire bowls, the elongated design distributes warmth across multiple seating areas. Its wide ledge also provides space for drinks, small plates, and décor, making it both functional and inviting. Powerful Yet Clean-Burning Gas Fire Pit Inside the fire pit is a 304 stainless steel burner system designed for long-term performance. Key features include: • 45,000 BTU heat output • Adjustable flame control • Push-button ignition • Smokeless gas operation Running on Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, the fire pit provides the warmth and ambiance of a real flame without ash, smoke, or wood maintenance. Easy Setup and Zero-Hassle Maintenance The Metropolis arrives nearly ready to use — no complicated assembly required. Place it on a fire-safe surface, connect your fuel source, and it's ready to go. The included lava rock, 10-foot fuel hose, canvas cover, and push-button ignition mean most hosts are up and running the same day delivery arrives.
