Electric Wings

A crankset designed specifically for the rigors of eMTB, Electric Wings are 100% titanium and made with advanced Additive Manufacturing Technology – resulting in a crank that is both incredibly durable and lightweight. Additive Manufacturing allowed us to create the more complex shapes needed to suit e-bike compatibility – minimizing the use of excess material, and still creating something that’s as strong as our legendary welded eeWings. It is truly the best manufacturing method for the job. With the Electric Wings, riders can experience the lightweight benefit of carbon cranks, without the fear of damage from rock strikes and the higher component strain that e-bikes often create. Electric Wings are as light as carbon options, but significantly stronger, making them the perfect choice for those looking to invest in both performance and peace of mind. Highlights: Constructed with 6/4 titanium using Additive Manufacturing 383 Grams – as light as carbon, significantly more durable Withstood our crank fatigue testing of double the stress load of international industry standard for crank strength (same as welded eeWings) Reduced pedal overhang to drastically reduce pedal strikes ISIS motor spindle compatible
