35” Eleanor Travertine Column Buffet Lamp

Eleanor is a single tapered column of travertine, thirty-five inches of it, set on a small rectangular foot of the same stone. Travertine is having a moment but it has been in rooms since antiquity, and the appeal is the same as it ever was: the pitted, open grain reads as texture from across a room and as pattern up close, and no two columns are marked alike. The oatmeal linen shade is lined, so the light comes through warm rather than white, and the wide taper suits the height without crowding it. This is the buffet lamp for a room that already has enough color — it brings scale and surface and leaves the palette alone. Shade: 6” x 12” x 13”H, lined oatmeal linen round taper Overall height: 35”
