Unlike store-bought syrups that contain preservatives and refined sugars, our kit allows you to make a fresh, nutrient-rich elderberry syrup at home in under an hour. More Than Just the Basics Most elderberry syrups and DIY kits on the market include only the basics -- elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. But we’ve gone beyond the standard blend and included a total of 11 organic herbs for added immune, digestive, and stress support. Our carefully selected combination of herbs not only boosts your immune system but also reduces inflammation, supports respiratory health, aids digestion, and helps the body manage stress and fatigue. Why You’ll Love It + What Sets Our Kit Apart From Others Comprehensive Immune & Wellness Support: Unlike traditional elderberry syrups, our kit includes 11 herbs that support digestion, reduce inflammation, aid respiratory health, and help the body adapt to stress. Fresh, Customizable, and Sugar-Free: Make it exactly how you like it! Sweeten with honey or leave it unsweetened - perfect for those who prefer a no or low sugar option. Potent & Effective: Handcrafted with 100% organic herbs, our blend is carefully sourced to maximize its immune-boosting and health-supporting properties. It’s free from fillers, preservatives, and artificial additives. Cost-Effective & Long-Lasting: One kit yields 1.5–2 cups of syrup, providing weeks of immune support at a fraction of the cost of store-bought options. Contraindications While our DIY Elderberry Syrup Kit is a natural and effective way to support immune health, it may not be suitable for everyone. Please review the following contraindications and precautions before use: Not for infants under 1 year old if sweetened with honey, due to the risk of botulism. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should consult a healthcare professional before using, as some herbs may not be safe during pregnancy. Individuals with autoimmune conditions (such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, or rheumatoid arthritis) should consult a doctor before use, as certain herbs (like astragalus and ashwagandha) may stimulate the immune system. Those on blood pressure or blood sugar medications should exercise caution, as ingredients like licorice root, ashwagandha, and cinnamon may alter levels. May interact with blood-thinning medications -- elderberries, ginger, cloves, and turmeric have natural anticoagulant properties. If you take blood thinners (such as warfarin), consult your healthcare provider. Individuals with kidney disease or heart conditions should avoid licorice root and high doses of rosehips due to potential strain on the kidneys and cardiovascular system. Those with hormone-sensitive conditions (such as estrogen-positive breast cancer) should use with caution, as some herbs may influence hormone levels. If you have a known allergy to any of the included herbs, do not consume this syrup. **Before using any herbal products, we recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or currently taking any medications.
