This tincture is made with wild Elderberries harvested from the Boise/Central Idaho Mountains, wild rose hips, ginger, cloves and cinnamon. Extracted in 80 proof gluten-free alcohol. Available in 1 oz or 2 oz dropper bottles. Suggested dose is 1 dropperful daily for maintenance or 1 dropperful 2-3 times daily if you need a little extra support.
