Ideal for sipping neat or elevating your favorite cocktails like Margaritas and Palomas, El Mexicano Tequila Blanco captures the true essence of traditional tequila—making it the perfect choice for those seeking exceptional smoothness and versatility in every pour. Process & Profile El Mexicano Tequila Blanco is produced in the southern Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at one of the region’s highest elevation distilleries (NOM 1588). The tequila is crafted exclusively from expertly selected 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested only after a minimum of six years to ensure optimal sugar content and flavor concentration. The production process uses modern autoclaves for low-pressure cooking, which gently transforms raw agave into sweet, rich piñas, preserving natural flavors. Extraction is done using a roller mill, and fermentation takes place in open-air stainless steel tanks with classical music said to enhance yeast activity—a unique touch that showcases El Mexicano’s commitment to quality. The tequila is double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills, resulting in a pure, vibrant blanco with no aging for a fresh, unadulterated agave profile.
