EKTOPLASMA by HERETIC

MUSKY • TRANSLUCENT • DIFFUSIVE. A spectral residue suspended between worlds. Cold citrus and aromatic woods evaporate into a cloud of luminous vapor before melting into creamy lactonic florals and translucent sandalwood. Skin musks and ambergris drift through the composition like dust illuminated in moonlight. Samples available. When smelling this scent, you might experience: The uncanny effect of soft white ectoplasm floating in a dark room. *PLEASE NOTE: This is an updated formula, which differs from the original 2025 Ektoplasma fragrance. FIRST ENCOUNTER: Vapor Juniper vapor and cold air. HEART: Lactonic Veil A translucent veil of pale florals and ghostwood. RESIDUAL HAUNTING: Skin Ambergris, dust and skin musk. Like flesh remembered, strange and luminous. Ectoplasm emerged in early spiritualist practice as a material said to appear during séances, exuded from the body and shaped by unseen forces. Described as cool, pale, and mutable: neither fully body nor fully air, it occupied the uncomfortable space between presence and disappearance. A spectral residue suspended between worlds, our Ektoplasma fragrance is built around the illusion of skin and vapor at once. Cold citrus and aromatic woods evaporate into a cloud of luminous vapor before melting into creamy lactonic florals and translucent sandalwood. Ambergris, skin musks, and pale woods drift through the composition like dust illuminated in moonlight, creating the uncanny sensation of presence without form. Neither floral nor woody, neither living nor gone, Ektoplasma exists in the space between matter and memory. The lingering trace of a body no longer there.
