The Eindride “Shadow” Dagger (#1829)

The Skuggi (“Shadow”)   When the lone wolf prowls through moonlit forests, it is not truly alone. For in those quiet moments between heartbeats, its shadow dances alongside – a faithful companion that neither speaks nor strays. The shadow moves as the wolf moves, a silent guardian that stands watch when the wolf rests, and stretches long and fierce when the wolf rises to face its foes. The Skuggi is the shadow to the Eindride sword – shorter in length but no less deadly, quiet but ever-present. Where the Eindride represents the overt strength of the lone wolf, the Skuggi embodies its cunning and stealth. This dagger’s aged bronze guard whispers tales of twilight pack, its pattern subtly echoing the larger sword’s design but with wolf tracks rather than heads – a reminder that even when walking alone, we leave our mark upon the world. The grip, wrapped in night-dark leather, leads to an aged bronze pommel. Like a shadow, this blade will never abandon its wielder. Together with the Eindride, the Skuggi forms a complete tale of survival. For while the sword speaks of facing one’s battles head-on, the dagger reminds us that wisdom sometimes lies in stealth and cunning. When the path grows dark and the way uncertain, the Skuggi serves as a reminder that shadows need not be feared – for they can be our most loyal companions in our darkest hours. Let the Skuggi be your silent guardian, your shadow in the night, your faithful companion when the path leads through darkness. For even the lone wolf knows: sometimes the greatest strength lies not in the obvious, but in the subtle. The Skuggi is hand crafted from 5160 High carbon steel. The guard and pommel are solid bronze (Lost Wax process) and are chemically aged.    Blade: 5160 High Carbon Steel. Dual Hardened.
