Eibach Helper Spring 3.75in ID | 6.07in Length | 45 lb/in Rate

Eibach Helper Spring 3.75in ID | 6.07in Length | 45 lb/in Rate Maintain Coil Preload. Maximize Suspension Control. When every millimeter of suspension travel counts, Eibach ERS Helper Springs are the key to precision preload management and consistent handling performance. Designed for use with coilover setups and custom suspension systems, this 3.75-inch inside diameter (ID) helper spring ensures your main spring remains properly seated throughout full suspension droop — eliminating noise, slack, or unpredictable behavior under load transitions. Engineered from premium spring steel and tested under the same rigorous standards as Eibach’s world-renowned racing springs, this 6.07-inch-long, 45 lb/in helper spring keeps tension in your system without adding unnecessary rate or ride-height change. Whether you’re fine-tuning damping balance on a time-attack build or maximizing traction in off-road terrain, Eibach’s precision-wound design ensures consistent coil behavior through every inch of travel. Why Use Helper Springs Helper springs aren’t about lift or load — they’re about control. During droop or rebound, a coilover’s main spring can momentarily lose contact with its perch, creating instability when the suspension compresses again. A properly spec’d helper spring maintains light tension on the main coil at all times, ensuring seamless transition from rebound to compression and keeping your suspension geometry stable. By using a flat-wire profile, Eibach minimizes block height and maximizes travel, allowing the spring to fully collapse under compression without altering the main spring rate. The result is smoother response, improved wheel control, and predictable handling dynamics across all suspension positions. Precision Manufacturing: Each spring is individually tested for rate consistency and fatigue life. Universal Coilover Fit: Compatible with 3.75 in ID springs from Eibach, Hyperco, Swift, and other leading brands. Corrosion-Resistant Finish: Durable powder-coat surface withstands heat and debris. Race-Proven Durability: Manufactured to ISO 9001 and TÜV-certified standards. Applications & Tuning Benefits Eibach Helper Springs are ideal for both motorsport and performance street applications, including: Coilover conversions and custom suspension systems Time-attack, autocross, and circuit builds Desert and rally setups requiring full droop articulation Track cars needing consistent main spring preload Off-road race vehicles balancing long travel and predictability Whether your suspension sees 3 inches of travel or 30, a helper spring ensures your coil stays in place and your alignment remains consistent through every compression cycle. When installed in conjunction with Eibach ERS main springs, these helpers allow for exact preload tuning, giving you the ability to fine-tune corner balance, droop control, and shock response — critical for precise handling on and off the track. Installation Notes Installation is simple but precision matters. Always pair your helper spring with an appropriate divider (tender spring) spacer to ensure proper transition between the helper and main spring. Compress both springs slightly during assembly to confirm correct preload and verify that full compression occurs without coil bind. For dual-rate or progressive setups, Eibach helper springs can also be combined with tender springs for advanced tuning flexibility. Always measure available shock stroke and coilover body length before selecting final spring stack height. Why Choose Eibach ERS Helper Springs Eibach’s racing heritage defines its engineering. Each helper spring is cold-wound, heat-treated, shot-peened, and pre-set to load for consistent performance under extreme stress. The result is a component that maintains dimensional integrity through thousands of suspension cycles, even under professional racing conditions. From Formula Drift and IMSA road racing to King of the Hammers-level off-road punishment, Eibach springs are trusted worldwide for their combination of precision, reliability, and predictable performance characteristics.
