EGT CAN Module Kit

High-Performance Tuning with the Aces EGT Module When it comes to high-performance tuning, accurate Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) monitoring is crucial. Whether you're running a naturally aspirated, turbocharged, or nitrous-fed setup, precise temperature data helps you optimize fuel tuning, prevent engine damage, and maximize efficiency. The Aces EGT Module is built for precision, durability, and seamless integration, ensuring you get real-time data to fine-tune your engine like never before. Why You Need the Aces EGT Module Prevent Engine Damage – High exhaust temperatures can lead to pre-detonation, melted pistons, and turbo failures. Monitoring EGTs allows you to adjust fueling and timing before damage occurs. Optimize Air/Fuel Ratios – Fine-tune your AFRs based on real-time EGT data for better power, efficiency, and reliability. Monitor Cylinder Balancing – Detect uneven fuel distribution or ignition issues to avoid power loss and potential engine stress. Essential for Forced Induction & Nitrous Builds – Turbocharged, supercharged, and nitrous-fed engines run hotter. Accurate EGT readings ensure you're not pushing past safe limits. Seamless Integration with Aces EFI Systems – Easily expands via CAN connectivity to work with all Aces controllers and displays. Aces EGT Module Features 32-bit RISC-V Core Processor – Ultra-fast processing for real-time data accuracy. 480MHz Multi-Stage Pipeline Processor – Handles high-speed temperature changes with precision. Hardware Floating-Point Unit (FPU) – Ensures stable, high-speed calculations for consistent performance. 16-bit ADC for High-Precision Signal Acquisition – Delivers accurate, reliable temperature readings. Supports 2 or 4 EGT Channels – Ideal for both single-bank and dual-bank monitoring setups. (2 channels for two banks, 4 channels for one bank but 4 per exhaust runner) Automotive-Grade Type N Thermocouple Sensor – High-durability sensor for extreme conditions. Wide Temperature Measurement Range – Capable of reading from -150°C to 1024°C with a rapid 150ms response per channel. High-Quality Construction – Silicone fiberglass sleeve, PTFE insulation, and Type N thermocouple conductor ensure long-term durability. CAN Expansion Accessory – Easily integrates with all Aces EFI units and display modules. The Aces EGT Module is an essential tool for serious tuners and racers looking for accurate exhaust temperature data, better tuning capabilities, and enhanced engine protection. Take control of your performance with real-time monitoring and seamless EFI integration. The standalone version comes with a 5" handheld, while the add-on version is intended for use with an existing Aces EFI system where you can use the handheld that came with the EFI kit to program and control it.
