Quail Eggs

Considered a delicacy in many parts of the world, quail eggs are tiny but packed with even more nutrition than hen eggs. They also have a higher yolk to white ratio and have no allergens. Our fresh quail eggs come from birds that are farm raised in a free-range environment. Boiled quail eggs make a delicious hors d'oeuvre served as is with cocktails or sliced in canapes with caviar and crème fraiche. Poach or fry and serve atop roasted asparagus with shaved Pecorino cheese. Petite fried quail eggs look great on Salad Nicoise or a bowl of Korean Bibimbop. Present a plate of hard boiled quail eggs and let guest peel the pretty brown and white speckled shell themselves - part of the pleasure of quail enjoyment.
