It's a tomato! It's a pepper! IIIIIIT'S AN EGGPLANT! Best to harvest while still green to avoid bitterness. Great grilled, fried, stuff, baked, pickled... super versatile! Very tasty, and used extensively in Vietnamese cooking (Where it is known as Hmong red). 65-75 days.
