Among them, Leonidas has long been loved by audiophiles for a balance of refinement and authority that made him an icon of the series. With Leonidas Z, that legacy moves forward. Built from the noble metals that shape their greatest works, silver, gold, and palladium, it is designed with a structure that delivers scale and precision in equal measure. Where Centurion II achieves its summit with Platinum-Silver Alloy, Leonidas Z channels a vision of scale and refinement through Palladium-Silver Alloy, a creation placed just beneath the flagship in EA’s pantheon.  A Masterful Composition At the heart of Leonidas Z lies UP-OCC Pure Silver with Central Solid-Core, a continuous conductor design that eliminates the gaps found in traditional multi-stranded builds. This ensures purer signal flow, lower resistance, and greater stability across the frequency range, forming the foundation of why this cable can so profoundly influence sound. Layered onto this core is UP-OCC Gold-Plated Silver, enriching the mid and upper-midrange with warmth, body, and a natural sweetness in vocals. Completing the composition is UP-OCC Palladium-Silver Alloy, which refines the upper treble with remarkable finesse, expands imaging precision, and opens up the soundstage. Precision in Termination Leonidas Z features the 4.4mm Pentaconn plug, crafted from oxygen-free copper (OFC). Selected for its exceptional conductivity, this termination ensures that the signal carried through the metals of Leonidas Z is delivered with absolute integrity. The Sound of Legacy Leonidas Z redefines what a silver design can achieve. Where many cables of this blend tend to sound overly bright, lean, or mid-forward, Leonidas Z strikes a truer balance. Its darker, quieter background allows micro-details to emerge without glare, while its treble extends with finesse, giving instruments sharper imaging and a more expansive sound field.  Crafted Experience The Y-split of Leonidas Z is wrapped in calfskin leather, a material valued for its fine grain and natural resilience. Across its surface, the Leonidas Z name is laser-engraved leaving a permanent mark that binds the design to its identity. Each piece is finished with hand stitching, a detail that does more than complete the form, and it expresses the discipline and continuity that define the Chronicles of Legends. The same calfskin is used for the carrying case, it is a deliberate homage to the legacy.  Specifications 24AWG 4W or 8W Smelting Process: UP-OCC Casing: EA UltraFlexi™ Insulation Length: 120cm ± 5cm Material Exquisite Rarity Palladium-Silver Alloy Timeless Legacy Gold-Plated Silver Celestial Crystal Pure Silver with Central Solid Core Structure Central Solid Core Multi-sized Core Bundle Connection System ConX® Full Set Interchangeable Connector Pentaconn OFC 4.4mm termination
