Code 23 MK II Asserts its Presence with Uncompromising Purity, Crafted from Copper in its Most Refined Form Selected Premium Pure Copper Litz Quad- FlexPro™ SolidCore Effect Audio proprietary Multi-size Stands Blend Constructed with a solid, non-pliable housing for durability and acoustic stability Includes ConX® (2-Pin, MMCX) & TermX™ (2.5mm, 3.5mm, 4.4mm) Basic Set interchangeable connector/plug system Code 23 MK II CODE 23 MK II is the Horizon Series statement of copper in its purest form. Built entirely from UP-OCC Pure Copper Litz, it preserves the conductor’s natural character without compromise—delivering weight, density, and a low-end foundation that is both powerful and solid. The MK II evolution introduces three precise improvements: over 20% more conductive material for stronger signal delivery and dynamic headroom, a 10% reduction in overall diameter for improved ergonomics, and the Quad-FlexPro™ Solid Core system, which enhances frequency control and stability across the spectrum. Together, these refinements push performance further while retaining structural integrity. CODE 23 MK II stands as the definitive expression of copper: focused, authoritative, and unmatched in its ability to project music with scale and presence.  Sound Profile  CODE 23 MK II marks a decisive evolution in solid-core geometry—retaining its bold 16.5 AWG gauge while introducing EA's proprietary Quad-FlexPro™ Solid Core system. While it preserves the core configuration that defined its predecessor, the internal 13-core Multi-sized Bundle has been refined for maximum resolution, consistency, and dynamic energy. By blending copper strands of varying diameters, CODE 23 MKII now delivers greater transient control and current stability—translating into a low end that hits with subwoofer-like impact. Bass is deep, physical, and commanding, with a sense of scale that brings out the full weight of the performance. The midrange remains grounded and expressive, while vocals carry warmth and presence without sacrificing clarity. It is the most powerful expression of copper in the Horizon Series—designed for listeners who seek immersion through weight, body, and dynamic force. The CODE 23 MK II embodies a future-forward, robust, and deeply engaging auditory experience— setting a new benchmark for copper cables through structural innovation, and continuing their pursuit of unlocking the full potential of a single material.  What is Improved in MK II? CODE 23 MK II pushes the boundaries of pure copper performance with notable enhancements in both sound and design. By employing a greater volume of conductive material, it strengthens signal delivery to unlock deeper bass, stronger tonal authority, and better articulation. Despite this increase, the cable has been refined through sleeve optimization to achieve a slimmer, more flexible form, reducing bulk while retaining its original gauge. At the core lies the Quad-FlexPro™ Solid Core System, an evolution of the earlier Trio-Flex™ architecture. The central conductor is divided into four individually calibrated strands across three distinct sizes, each tuned to refine the lows, mids, and highs. This design enhances structural compliance while maintaining electrical stability, resulting in a sound that is both powerful and balanced—delivering the precision of solid-core engineering with the comfort of everyday usability.  Hardware Design The Y-split of the CODE 23 MK II embodies a forward-looking vision of engineering. Machined from lightweight aluminum and finished in a soft metallic gold, its compact, modular form draws inspiration from propulsion systems and precision aerospace components. Its dual-layer construction is defined by clean lines, chamfered edges, and tight geometric balance. This is not a design built on ornamentation—but one that achieves elegance through structure, symmetry, and purpose.  Specifications Spec: 16.5AWG 2 Wires Smelting Process: UP-OCC Materials + Structure Selected Premium Pure Copper Litz Quad-FlexPro™ SolidCore 13 Multi-sized Core Bundle Proprietary Multi-size Stands Blend Sleeve: EA UltraFlexi™ Insulation Length: 120cm ± 5cm Connection System: ConX® & TermX™ Basic Set Interchangeable Connector/Plug System
