A striking diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in sleek platinum, the front of this ring features 3, horizontally-arranged diamonds running across the front of the piece. The mine cut diamonds, which are prong-set and encircled by octagonal-shaped frames, have an approximate total carat weight of 1.60ctw. The sparkling stones display K/L color and SI1 clarity. The remainder of the ring's centerpiece is encrusted with small bead-set, single cut diamonds. The smaller diamonds display I/J color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The face of the ring also features dainty geometric and floral-motif cutouts. The shoulders of the ring are decorated with texturizing and scrolling-motif engravings. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A timeless piece, this ring would make an exceptional addition to any antique jewelry collection! Measurements: The ring is currently a size 6.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.48mm. Condition: The overall condition of the piece is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
