Educator E-Collar Contact Points

If your dog is sensitive to collar contact points or will be wearing an e-collar for extended periods of time, we recommend comfort adapter contact points. Comfort adapter pads help redistribute the pressure of the contact points, making the collar more comfortable for your dog to wear. Remember to consider your dog's coat length and density when choosing contact points and comfort pads so your dog’s collar will work correctly. Tips from Professional Dog Trainers - “We love the wing contact points for dogs with longer hair. The soft tip wing contact points work great on dogs with long hair and thinner coats(such as German Shepherds, Border Collies, most Doodles, etc.) The Ultra Wing Tips are great for dogs with long hair and thick coat(like Malamutes, Huskies, Samoyed, etc). The comfort pads are fantastic for dogs with short hair and sensitive skin (Bulldogs, Dobermans, Pitbulls, etc.)” We hope this helps!
