Edison House Plan

The line between indoors and outdoors is almost invisible in this house plan. When you open the sliding glass walls in the great room and the dining area you welcome in the outdoors. The covered veranda is the perfect hangout spot for the back yard. It is just a a few steps away from the Solana and your outdoor kitchen. Why heat up the whole house cooking a meal? Do it out in the Solana on the built-in grill! The first floor master suite boasts his & hers walk-in closets, but the luxury doesn’t stop there. Your master bath gives you the option of a quick wash-up in your large walk-in shower or take a long relaxing soak in your elegant bath tub. You’ll find a refreshing drink or snack within reach at the wet bar, located right off the great room. And this open floor plan is ideal for entertaining. While you are preparing for guests, or just making a meal for the family, you’ll love the large walk-in pantry in the corner of the kitchen. This modern farmhouse design is ideal for traditional neighborhoods. Its design was focused on narrow lots but it would be at home anywhere. If you need a well thought out home design that is versatile and comfortable to live in, the Edison house plan is for you.
