Edgeless Smiley-Cut Pickleball Paddle Mold for OEM Production

Intro Edgeless Smiley-Cut Shape Mold is a Shape & Mold option featuring an edgeless perimeter (no traditional edge guard) and a distinctive “smiley-cut” contour detail. This mold is typically selected when a brand wants a modern, edge-guard-free silhouette with a recognizable shape signature for lineup differentiation (project-dependent). Key Dimensions (Reference Spec) Overall Size: 16.5 × 7.4 in (419 × 187 mm) Thickness (Reference): 0.63 in (16 mm) Handle Length: 5.5 in (140 mm) Shape Overview (Edgeless + Smiley-Cut Geometry) Edgeless perimeter: designed for builds without a traditional edge guard, creating a clean perimeter look and streamlined edge feel (project-dependent). Smiley-cut contour: a distinctive cut-line detail intended to create a unique head silhouette and visual identity (project-dependent). Elongated-leaning footprint (project-dependent): supports reach and leverage characteristics while preserving a modern outline. Player Fit and On-Court Feel (Typical Use Cases) This mold is typically used in programs where brand differentiation and modern styling are priorities: Performance SKUs that want a recognizable silhouette for retail differentiation Players who prefer a clean edgeless perimeter feel (project-dependent) Brands building premium or limited series lines with a distinct visual signature Paddle Configuration System — Shape & Mold Shape & Mold: Edgeless Smiley-Cut Shape Mold Construction Method Compatibility: Thermoformed One-Piece and Cold Press Cutting (project-dependent) Composite Engineering (Perimeter Design): edgeless perimeter construction (no traditional edge guard), project-dependent Performance Variables (Typical Tuning): maneuverability, swing feel, sweet spot placement, perimeter feel, visual differentiation (project-dependent) Thickness Compatibility: commonly built in 10mm / 13mm / 14mm / 16mm / 18mm (project-dependent) Mold Development Options (Open Mold vs Private Mold) We support two common tooling routes depending on your timeline and exclusivity needs: Proven Open Mold: faster sampling and lower development cost (availability varies). Private Mold Development: tailored geometry and brand-exclusive tooling for differentiated product lines (lead time and MOQ vary). Quality Control and Production Repeatability Edgeless builds rely on stable perimeter geometry and consistent finishing control (project-dependent). WERiDON supports mold development and process control to help maintain: repeatable perimeter and cut-line geometry across bulk runs stable dimensional tolerance in mass production consistent integration with your selected core and construction method (project-dependent) Request a Quote / Discuss Your Shape If you want to build a paddle line around this mold, share your target market (control/power/balanced), edgeless preference, construction method choice, and thickness plan. We can recommend a compatible build specification and sampling route for your OEM/ODM program.
