This cider is made just like they make Champagne...but with apples! The "dosage" they used (sugar added to bottle to kick start secondary fermentation) is from ice cider that they reserved from another vintage! This wine was made in 2014 so now it has almost 10 years of age in bottle and is a really cool drinking experience! Eden Ciders supports small cider apple farms all over the North East who farm organically and biodynamically.
