Edda Lago House Plan

The Edda Lago is a small, luxury Mediterranean house plan. It is the perfect plan for a growing family. It has a striking portico entry. Arches and stepped ceilings define the space of both the living room and master bedroom of the Edda Lago plan. Once inside the entry, the foyer opens up to the dining room on the left and living room straight ahead and on out to the veranda through sliding glass doors. The Edda Lago plan's multiple arched windows and varied rooflines add interest to the facade. A smart floor plan gives style and function to the interior. A spacious master retreat is tucked away on the right wing of the home. This layout ensures privacy and solitude. The Edda Lago plan's master bathroom boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and whirlpool soaking tub that extends out into its own nook area. The master suite has a large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have wall closets. The kitchen of the Edda Lago plan is open to the sizable leisure room. The kitchen's layout makes for plenty of counter space. Angled countertops and an island enhance the kitchen. There is a spacious walk in pantry for additional storage. Glass doors and windows brighten the adjoining leisure room and bayed breakfast nook. On the left wing there are two guest bedrooms that share a common full bathroom. Down the hall is the utility room that includes a wash tub and folding table. Further down the hall is the spacious two bay garage. It has optional drop down stairs that lead up to the attic. The Edda Lago is a 2010 square foot home offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is available with a slab/monolithic foundation. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
