Ecology Awareness ~ Subliminal

Ecology Awareness — We live at a time when our planet faces many threats. For generations planet resources have been taken for granted and that gives rise to the need for new habits and practices by all. However, establishing habits and changing old patterns is much easier said than done, especially when so much is involved. Make ecology awareness a natural part of who you are. Take a minute to think about some of the challenges our planet faces. The oceans are full of plastic, the planet is warming and the glaciers are melting, ocean levels are rising and some coastal communities are already forecast to be gone in the next twenty years. The air we breathe and the water we drink are both often contaminated. The deforestation of the planet is frightening and species are becoming extinct nearly every day. Our landfills are overflowing with so-called disposable devices ranging from lighters to water bottles and they are emitting gases. We waste so much despite our recycling efforts that are minimal and in their infancy compared to some European countries. Austria, the Netherlands and Germany have virtually eliminated landfilling because of strong recycling and EfW policies. The fact is, this list could continue for some time, but it’s apparent: there is a problem that must be addressed. Ecological Awareness is the scientific study of the relationships that living organisms have with each other and with their natural environment. For the each and every one of us, this translates into an aim to cause minimal damage to our environment. How do we do this? By beginning to recognize the problem and then by disciplining ourselves to adopt new patterns of behavior. This powerful InnerTalk program was designed to facilitate both a new awareness and new habits. Habitualized patterns are mind scripts that run automatically. InnerTalk changes the automaticity of these patterns by changing your stream of consciousness. You become aware of your behavior and encouraged to change it, protecting the environment that we all share. There is no time to waste—begin today! Global warming is now a fact. We all know we should do something but sometimes it can be hard to make the necessary changes. Use this program and make ecology awareness a part of who you are.
