Eco Battery 48v 150ah Lithium Bundle

Eco Battery 48V 150Ah Lithium Bundle Some golf cart owners want more runtime than a standard-capacity battery can comfortably deliver, but do not necessarily need the biggest battery option in the lineup. They want a lithium setup with serious reserve, longer usable runtime, and fewer charging interruptions for the way they actually use their cart. The Eco Battery 48V 150Ah Lithium Bundle is built for that kind of buyer. It gives you a high-capacity lithium battery with the install parts needed for the cart option selected in the dropdown. That makes it a strong fit for customers who want more flexibility for longer outings, larger properties, passenger use, and day-to-day driving without feeling forced into the very largest battery option available. It also works with stock and upgraded motors and controllers, so it can support both straightforward lithium conversions and more performance-minded builds. It is also backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty with 6 years of full replacement. If you are still comparing lithium battery options, our Eco Battery Selection Guide is a smart place to start. Why Customers Choose the 48V 150Ah Bundle The biggest advantage here is not just having a larger number on the label. It is the practical benefit of more usable runtime for customers who expect more from their carts than short neighborhood loops. That matters when your cart sees things like: Longer route times More passengers Larger tires Accessory load Mixed terrain Fewer opportunities to stop and recharge The 150Ah setup gives you a strong middle ground for customers who want serious runtime without defaulting to the largest battery option available. It is a practical fit for buyers who want to stay out longer, charge less often, and still have a cart that feels dependable over heavier-use days. This battery also gives you the features most customers expect from a premium lithium system: Bluetooth CAN capability Mobile app / PC compatibility Over-the-air software updates On the construction side, it uses LiFePO4 chemistry, prismatic cells, IP67-rated protection, charging freeze protection under 32°F, and a powder-coated steel shell. On the output side, it delivers 250A max continuous discharge, 600A max discharge for 5 seconds, and 550A max discharge for 10 seconds. What You Can Expect from the Upgrade One of the biggest advantages of moving into a 150Ah battery is having more usable reserve for real-world driving. Instead of planning around shorter rides or feeling like you always need to top off before heading back out, you get a setup that is better suited to longer outings and more flexible day-to-day use. Expected range is roughly 30–70 miles per charge, depending on your cart setup, terrain, lift height, tire size, passenger load, accessory demand, controller settings, driving style, and overall efficiency. That makes the 150Ah setup a strong fit for customers who: Want more runtime than smaller-capacity options can comfortably provide Use their cart for longer neighborhood or property driving Want fewer charging interruptions Need a high-capacity setup without automatically stepping into the largest battery option available If your goal is a more complete electrical build, this package also works naturally with larger upgrades. You can browse Golf Cart Performance Upgrades or pair your lithium setup with an EB Power AC Conversion Kit if you are building for stronger acceleration, better efficiency, and a more complete performance setup. Heated Battery Option If you ride or charge your cart in colder weather, the heated battery option is worth considering. The main purpose of the heated battery is to help allow charging in below-32°F weather. Standard lithium batteries should not be charged when battery temperature drops below freezing. Choosing the heated version gives you a better option for winter charging and makes the package a stronger fit for customers storing or charging their carts in colder conditions. This is especially helpful if your cart is stored or charged in: Unheated garages Sheds Barns Colder seasonal climates If your cart stays in a climate-controlled space year-round, you may not need the heated option. But if there is a real chance your battery will be charged in freezing or near-freezing temperatures, it is a smart upgrade to consider. Fitment The Eco Battery 48V 150Ah Lithium Bundle is offered for a range of fitment-specific 48V electric golf carts shown in the dropdown. Applications include: Advanced EV Advent 2022–24  Advanced EV 2021–23 (ADEV MCU) Advanced EV 2017–21 (Toyota Neos MCU)  Bintelli Club Car Carryall 15+ Club Car Precedent 2009+ / Tempo / Onward  Club Car DS H Frame  Denago  Epic EV (3x3 Factory Battery Tray)  Epic EV (4x2 Factory Battery Tray Bundle)  EZGO RXV  EZGO Factory Samsung Lithium EZGO TXT / Freedom 48V ICON 2017–21.5 lifted  ICON 2017–21.5 non-lifted  ICON 2021.5–23  Pilot Car  Polaris  Venom  Yamaha Drive / G29 (2007–2010) Yamaha Drive (2011+) / Drive2 Included support parts change by the cart selected, which is a big part of the value here. You are not shopping for a universal lithium battery kit. You are choosing a bundle built around the cart option selected in the dropdown, with the matching install components for that application. This setup makes the most sense for: 48V electric carts Carts replacing lead-acid batteries with lithium Stock carts Carts with upgraded motors and controllers Buyers who want strong runtime and larger usable capacity without always stepping up to the biggest option It does not fit Club Car and Yamaha carts with a factory lithium battery. If you are still sorting out which Eco Battery setup makes the most sense for your cart, the Lithium Knowledge Center is a good next stop for deeper battery education, range guidance, and upgrade planning. Before You Order Before ordering, make sure: Your cart appears in the dropdown fitment Your cart is electric Your cart is not factory lithium You confirm tray or frame details where relevant You review that the selected bundle includes the support parts you expect for your setup Some older Bintelli models CANNOT integrate with the CAN communication and a need A-3102. If you do not have a factory touch screen, you will need this additional part. A few application notes matter as well: Many applications show the 51V to 12V DC-DC converter as optional if you do not have one already The Club Car DS A frame CANNOT use the 150AH battery If the selected package includes a CAN-enabled charger, CAN must be connected for charging to work correctly The battery must be powered on with the illuminated power button to accept a charge Pilot Car applications require contacting Pilot Car for help programming the cart to the Eco Battery The Bintelli bundle is designed to work with the existing SOC, so an LCD charge meter is not included unless added separately 150Ah vs Smaller or Larger Capacity Options The easiest way to think about the 150Ah bundle is balance. If your cart mainly handles shorter rides and lighter-duty use, a smaller-capacity lithium setup may be enough. If you want substantially more reserve and longer usable runtime, the 150Ah bundle is a strong step up. For customers who want a high-capacity option without automatically choosing the largest battery in the lineup, this is a practical middle ground. It gives you big runtime benefits while still making sense for buyers whose use case is heavy, but not necessarily the most extreme.
