ECO Frames 20" x 28" with 4 locking strips

ECO 20" x 28" Frame with 4 locking strips Includes 1 ea 20x28 frame ONLY, Doesnt include optional stretching tool and Needs to be used with ECO 20x28 Mesh panels, available in Hi-Tex or Hi-Dro Mesh. The ECO Frame is quickly gaining popularity in the screen printing industry. ECO Frames are constructed from a superior grade of aluminum for strength, consistency, and durability. All that combined allows the frames to stretch and hold mesh tension. The frames will meet or exceed manufacturers’ specs and will be as good, if not better than, the static frames currently on the market. The ECO Frame is not only a cost-effective and time-saving solution, it is also eco-friendly! ECO Friendly benefits: 1. The frames are constructed using fully recyclable aluminum. 2. The mesh panels are 100% recyclable. 3. The mesh is securely attached without adhesives. 4. Recycling mesh panels supports a “chemical-free” wash booth process. 5. Re-stretching on demand eliminates shipping frames back and forth, reducing the carbon footprint. Please don't forget to order Mesh Selection Hi-TEX, or standard mesh, has a thicker thread compared to Hi-DRO. The Hi-TEX has been the workhorse of the plastisol textile industry for decades. The threads can hold high tension levels and are more resistant to tearing and popping while on the press, compared to thin thread meshes. Hi-DRO, or "S" thin thread, has long been the standard for printing water-based ink. Its thinner thread profile and wider dimensional openings allow inks to flow through and more easily clean the screen. Thin thread mesh lets you maintain opacity and print higher levels of detail. Over the last several years, more shops have been gravitating towards using Hi-DRO for their plastisol prints, especially for their base prints. CAUTION: Thin thread mesh can tear more easily.
