ECM Synchronika II Espresso Machine with Flow Control

What is it? The Synchronika II is the pinnacle of the E61 espresso machine category, the standard of which all others are judged, and for good reason: it’s an engineering marvel, aesthetically stunning, and an incredible performer. The LUCCA E61 flow control device comes pre-installed so you can experiment with your shots and tease out different flavor profiles. The Synchronika II is a dual boiler, rotary pump, and E61 espresso machine with a built-in PID and shot timer that can be directly plumbed or run on its built-in reservoir. With its fast heat-up mode, the Synchronika II is ready to pull shots blazingly fast (6.5 minutes), outpacing its E61 competition. The best part of the Synchronika II is how intuitive the settings are to change and that they’re all in one place—the OLED PID menu with a tactile decoder knob to toggle through pre-infusion options, auto on/off, changing your temperatures, and more! Who is it for? The ECM Synchronika II is for the die-hard espresso enthusiast who prizes reliability, performance, and longevity. The Synchronika II is built to last. For those starting their espresso journey, you can skip the incremental upgrade path and immediately complete your end-game espresso setup. The Synchronika II is versatile—you can have an exclusive espresso-only experience or have the seamless workflow of pulling shots and steaming milk simultaneously. The Synchronika II is the perfect espresso machine for one shot of espresso a day or 25 lattes for a party.  Why do we carry it? We love ECM. We love that they think of every detail—from the steam joystick to the hefty and ergonomic portafilters—to the satisfying chrome brew lever; you get a ritualized mechanical espresso experience that won't wear out. Even the inside of the drip tray has a mirrored finish. Also, with its clean internals, this espresso machine gets our tech team's blue ribbon. With a capable espresso grinder alongside the Synchronika II, you can pull shots that rival those of your favorite coffee shop. Whether you love traditional Italian-style espresso or the more subtle and nuanced specialty style, this machine has the flexibility and consistency to excel and the longevity to make it a worthy investment. It's capable of producing 2 bar steam pressure, making for commercial speed and quality, even when steaming large quantities of milk.
