Echeveria 'Yummie'

Description Light/Soil/Water Hardiness Echeveria ‘Yummie’ is a delightful, compact succulent prized for its chubby leaves, tight rosette shape, and sweet pastel coloration. With its candy-like appearance and soft powdery finish, this variety brings a playful yet elegant charm to succulent collections, small planters, and gift arrangements. Echeveria ‘Yummie’ is a rosette-forming perennial succulent in the Crassulaceae family. It features thick, fleshy leaves designed to store water, making it drought tolerant and easy to care for. Its small size and rounded form make it especially popular for mini succulent displays. When mature, Echeveria ‘Yummie’ produces slender flower stalks with bell-shaped blooms in shades of pink to coral, often with yellow accents. Flowers typically appear in spring to early summer and add seasonal interest without overpowering the rosette. Prefers bright light to full sun Water thoroughly when the soil is completely dry, avoiding water buildup at the base of the rosette.  Prefers low to moderate indoor humidity. Good air circulation helps prevent fungal problems and rot. Thrives between 60–80°F (16–27°C) Needs a fast-draining, gritty succulent mix, ideally with added perlite or sand. Proper drainage is essential for healthy roots. Best grown in containers or as a houseplant in cooler climates Echeveria 'Yummie' is considered non-toxic to pets and humans.
