eBreak Stop Button for 6DOFs

The eBreak Emergency Stop Button is a mandatory safety peripheral for high-performance 6DOF motion platforms. Engineered to provide an immediate, physical hardware cut-off, the eBreak halts all 6-axis motion the instant it is pressed. Designed for easy mounting within the driver's natural reach, this fail-safe is essential for maintaining a secure environment in home studios, commercial flight centers, and public-facing simulation venues. Instant 6-Axis Hardware Cut-Off Powerful 6DOF systems generate significant torque and rapid transitions; the eBreak provides total control: Hardware-Level Interruption: Unlike software-based "stop" buttons, the eBreak provides a physical break in the control signal, ensuring the platform stops even if the PC or software freezes. Simultaneous Axis Halt: Immediately freezes all 6 degrees of freedom (Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Heave, Sway, Surge) to prevent equipment damage or user discomfort. Positive Action Reset: The button features a twist-to-release mechanism, ensuring motion cannot be accidentally restarted until the situation is cleared. Commercial & Public Safety Standard Ensure your simulator installation meets the safety expectations of modern commercial venues: High-Visibility Design: Features the industry-standard red mushroom cap on a yellow base for instant identification in low-light simulator rooms. Accessibility-First Mounting: Can be positioned anywhere on the chassis—ideally next to the wheel deck or seat—ensuring first-time users can reach it without looking. Liability Protection: A critical addition for training centers or VR arcades where operators need to guarantee user safety at all times.
