Eat Less Roller

*Image shown is an inhaler, this now comes in a roller. Picture will be updated shortly. Weight loss and essential oils? Really?? Well yes. How you ask? By curbing your cravings for sweets, from going back for seconds, as well as stopping you from unnecessary snacking and emotional eating. Based on recent studies, people saw results in 4-6 weeks. You must be diligent about using this product through out the day. Frequency is key. Smell the inhaler BEFORE you eat during the day, when you feel like snacking, go food shopping (if you don't buy it, you won't eat it), when you dine out.  Of course this does not take away from our need to get up and move - combine moving with curbing your cravings. Fantastic combination! Size: Inhaler Stick Ingredients: grapefruit, fennel Application: Inhale for 10 seconds before eating a meal, when you have a craving for snacks or sweets, when eating out, when shopping for food. Use several times a day!
