Easy Wood Tools Pro Easy Rougher

The Pro Easy Rougher makes rough turning bowls to shape quick and easy. Unlike traditional bowl gouges that can be difficult to control when shaping an out-of-round blank, the Easy Rougher is designed to direct the cutting pressure downward through the lathe so your lathe "takes a beating" for you. The extra long 20" American Hickory handle provides additional leverage when needed. To use, simply hold the Easy Rougher in a horizontal position with the cutter aligned with the center of the work piece and cut away, it’s that easy! There’s no need to sharpen, simply rotate the cutter to expose a fresh cutting edge as needed and replace when dull.
