East Fork Medium Ramekin - Heron, 11oz

Use it for mise en place or dips while you cook, then send it straight into the oven for something bubbling and browned. — Straight-sided stoneware helps baked dishes hold their shape — Sized for individual cheesecakes, cobblers and baked eggs — Stacks neatly with other Medium Ramekins and nests around the Short Ramekin. — Dimensions: 4.5” dia x 2.25” H — Volume: 11 oz — Weight: .7 lb — Material: Lead Free Stoneware — Our pottery is made by humans and reduction-fired in Asheville, North Carolina. — Avoid open flames or preheated ovens. Our pots are oven safe up to 350° but must start in a cool oven and be brought up to heat gradually (think crème brûlée). — Dishwasher and microwave safe — Over time, your pots might accumulate mild cutlery marks. These can be buffed off with warm water and scouring powder such as Bar Keeper's Friend.
