Follow with our Hemp Seed Skin Butter for an extra layer of moisture and skin that feels exceptionally soft, smooth and glowing. The Benefits of Hemp Oil in Skin Care: Hemp seed oil is a nutrient-rich beauty oil pressed from the seed of the hemp plant, similar to how olive, avocado, and jojoba oils are pressed from their own plants and seeds. It is simply a plant-based skincare oil, used for moisture, softness, and nourishment. Hemp seed oil is a premium beauty oil because it has one of the highest concentrations of essential fatty acids, including linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid. These skin-loving fatty acids help nourish, soften, and moisturize while supporting skin that feels smooth and hydrated. Additionally, hemp oil has anti-aging properties and is said to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Because its natural oil profile is similar to the skin’s own oils, hemp seed oil absorbs beautifully without feeling heavy or greasy.
