Earthbound® Grounding Mat

Earth's healing energy, while you work For most of human history, the workday meant time on the Earth — gardening, walking, building, foraging — with constant contact to its electrical surface. Modern desk life has quietly removed that contact during the hours we're most awake. The Earthbound® Grounding Mat reintroduces that connection at your desk, your home office, or anywhere you sit for long stretches — a universal grounding solution for the modern professional. This is how the Earthbound mat works: Made with a durable conductive carbon mat — inert, slim-profile, resistant to oxidation. Connects to the Earth through any standard grounded wall outlet. Place beneath your feet at a sitting or standing desk, or under your wrists for keyboard contact. Folds flat as a portable grounding pad for travel, hotel rooms, or the kitchen counter. A quiet introduction to grounding Grounding, also called earthing, is the practice of restoring the body's electrical connection to the surface of the Earth, which carries a slight negative charge rich with free electrons. Practiced for centuries by people walking barefoot or working close to the ground. A renewed area of study within complementary and integrative medicine. Free electrons may help neutralize free radicals and support natural anti-inflammatory processes. The Earthbound mat brings that connection indoors — to your desk, your floor, or anywhere underfoot. Through the workday Long hours of screen time leave their mark — eye strain, mental fatigue, accumulated tension across the shoulders and neck. A computer-user grounding mat extends a quiet recovery window across the workday — the steady flow of electrons may help re-balance the body's bio-electrical system, support focus, and offset disruption from EMF exposure to computers and phones. A growing body of peer-reviewed research on grounding suggests a broad range of associated favorable health-related outcomes, including: Improved focus and reduced mental fatigue Reduced markers of chronic inflammation Reduced reports of muscle and joint tension Improved circulation and blood viscosity Normalizing effect on the stress hormone cortisol Calming effects on the nervous system Improved heart rate variability Faster recovery from physical and mental exertion Reduced eye strain and screen-time fatigue Buffering against ambient electromagnetic field exposure Anti-aging effects through reduced oxidative stress
