Earth 🜃 Eau de Parfum Oil, Roll-on

Earth 🜃 Eau de Parfum oil, roll on. PureomEO’s™ Earth is the kind of fragrance that wood sprites and sylvan fairies wear to their winter solstice rites. It’s all the things you would expect: dry, smoky, grounding, herbaceous, and, of course, earthy. It speaks deeply of renewal, rebirth, and the unifying power of rituals, old and new. So, bundle up, gather round a bonfire, and celebrate some rituals of your own with this alluring fragrance.       Ingredients: 100% pure meadowfoam seed oil, patchouli, vetiver, myrrh, oak moss, fir, and sage essential oils and absolutes. Top Notes: Earth’s first luxurious notes plunge the wearer headlong into a crisp winter walk through early morning pine groves. Press on through the woods, and deep balsamic notes vie with the rich essences of aspen, Oak, and Fir. Needles crunch underfoot, rabbits dart against a backdrop of white, and cardinals stand out defiantly bright and red against the sparkle of snowy branches. A few more minutes on the path and Vetiver ushers in hints of a crackling campfire, filling the air with a satisfying smokiness, and just underneath, a soothing tinge of well-worn leather          Heart Notes: While a deep and oaky woodiness is at the heart of this fragrance, during dry-down, the warm musk of Patchouli mixes with the woodsier notes, producing something akin to sandalwood. There are also mossy hints of steam rising from a wet forest floor, and below that, the clean minerality of newly tilled soil. The smokiness begins to temper the longer the perfume is worn, and one is reminded of softly glowing coals, slowly fading like unearthed jewels.       Base Notes: As the pine, Oak, and Fir notes soften, Sage takes center stage with an array of pleasing aromas. As a scent, Sage is somewhat of a chameleon, as it can blend so effortlessly and so differently with diverse scents. At times it evokes meadows full of sweet green hay, at other times it ushers in velvety tea-like nuances. It also brings a spicy brown nuttiness, lurking just at the edges of the fragrance. In the waning hours of Earth’s glory, Sage works to bring Vetiver’s subtler qualities to the forefront. While woodsy balsam still permeates the fragrance, the scent eventually fades into a delicate wisp of revitalizing citronella and rejuvenating lemongrass.      The Takeaway: It’s hard to smell Earth without wanting to grab a pair of fuzzy mittens and go a-tramping through glistening winter woods. It’s a fragrance made to accompany the crunch of boots on snow. To say that Earth is rooted in the elements of wood, soil, greenery, and biting winter wind is true, but that’s not the whole story. There are moments when it’s a touch plummy without being sweet, and a touch bitter, but just enough to be intriguing. Lastly, there are moments when its metallic spiciness makes it easy to envision a vast cast iron pot of apple cider bubbling robustly over Earth’s proverbial fire. It’s an intriguing, rich, and, dare I say, cozy enough scent to make even the staunchest opponents of winter concede that the season just might have a frosty beauty all of its own.   More Details: Earth is made with Meadowfoam Seed oil, which contains powerful antioxidants, naturally-occurring Vitamin E, and luxurious moisturizing properties.
