Large Sterling Silver & Abalone Hoop Earrings

For this large hoop earring design, colorful abalone shells are accented with filigreed sterling silver. 1-1/2” x 2-1/8” The colorful abalone shells are from New Zealand, where they are called paua shells. They shimmer in striking blue, purple, green and pink colors. A true marvel of nature, the abalone shells look just like the ocean they come from.
