If you have any further notes, questions, or would like a photo approval before shipment please email us at hello@malabellajewels.com Know your metal ~ Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold (5%+) mechanically bonded with heat and pressure to jeweler's brass. Since gold fill is mechanically bonded instead of plated, the gold doesn't rub or flake off and has 100x more gold than gold plated. Gold filled is tarnish resistant and perfect for everyday wear, in fact the more you wear it the more it stays shiny as our skin "polishes" it and it can be worn in the shower and at the gym. It's also hypoallergenic and great for those with sensitive skin. Gold filled pieces are known to last for decades and are the best economical choice in the long run.
