Early Childhood Mentoring Communities

Join one of our early childhood mentoring cohorts to get evidence-based mentoring with the researchers/mentors who designed this proven approach. Our year-long, longitudinal research study found that mentees who participated in this program experienced: Increased self-confidence/self efficacy Decreased burnout Increased sense of community Ability to set and achieve goals Each mentoring session follows an uplifting, action-based approach including: Noticing what's working now Sharing challenges and successes with peers Mentor presentations of time-sensitive content (based on teacher needs) Brainstorming on solutions to address what's happening now in your classroom Targeting areas of focus Setting new and checking in on past SMART goals This evidence-based format is designed to help early childhood teachers thrive. We'll meet as a group on Zoom (five mentees minimum) for one hour in the time slots listed. Enroll by choosing the time slot that works best for you. We'll send confirmations and dates once we have enrolled a full group for your time slot.  Choose from twice monthly or weekly sessions. Poland Mentoring! The 1 pm EST time slot is specifically designed to support teachers in Poland. The mentoring session will include slide captions and zoom captions in Polish (imperfect but helpful); basic English abilities recommended.  Mentoring w Polsce! Godzina 13:00 czasu EST została specjalnie zaprojektowana, aby wspierać nauczycieli w Polsce. Sesja mentoringowa będzie obejmować podpisy slajdów i podpisy Zoom w języku polskim (niedoskonałe, ale pomocne); zalecana podstawowa znajomość języka angielskiego. Note: Fees are non-refundable (even if you don't attend any or some sessions) unless the cohort is cancelled or unable to meet minimum enrollment numbers. Price is per person.  Read details about how this approach was developed in our Mentoring Communities blog post. Learn more about the format in our Mentoring Communities Book.
