Eagle Rare 25 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon 750 ml hails from the renowned Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky, embodying the legacy of a distillery revered for its innovative spirit and dedication to tradition. This ultra-aged bourbon, matured for an impressive 25 years, is the pinnacle of the Eagle Rare portfolio and the oldest expression ever released. Crafted in the cutting-edge Warehouse P, it represents the distillery’s ambitious experimental program to redefine aging and maturation in American whiskey. Bottled at 101 proof, it offers an extraordinary journey into the possibilities of time and technique. The bourbon’s tasting profile showcases a remarkable balance of smoothness and complexity, defying expectations for an ultra-aged spirit. On the palate, rich layers of dark caramel, toasted oak, and dried fruit unfold, with subtle notes of leather and tobacco weaving through. Its long, warm finish carries hints of vanilla and baking spice, delivering a sensory experience as refined as its history. Each sip is a testament to the meticulous care invested in every stage of its creation. Presented in a custom hand-blown crystal decanter adorned with a sterling silver eagle wing, this release elevates luxury to an art form. The dramatic packaging features an eagle motif within the bottle and a display box that frames the bourbon’s amber glow. Whether savored neat to appreciate its depth or reserved for the most significant of toasts, Eagle Rare 25 stands as a celebration of craftsmanship, rarity, and the passage of time.
