Eagle Rare 12 Year Bourbon Whiskey

Eagle Rare 12 Year Bourbon Whiskey 700 ml Exclusivity in a Bottle. Sophistication in Every Sip. Eagle Rare 12 Year is a bourbon that doesn’t just walk the line between strength and elegance—it soars above it. Crafted at the legendary Buffalo Trace Distillery, this expression is a step up from the already iconic Eagle Rare 10 Year, offering additional maturity, deeper complexity, and a richer, fuller mouthfeel that bourbon lovers dream about. Every drop of this ultra-aged Kentucky straight bourbon is pulled from carefully chosen barrels that have rested for over 12 years in some of the finest rickhouses in the state. The extended aging process imbues it with a character that is bold yet refined—making it a favorite among collectors, connoisseurs, and anyone looking to experience bourbon at its most regal. 🫢 Nose: The aroma opens with polished oak and a burst of citrus oils, followed by layers of dark cherry, vanilla bean, saddle leather, and sweet pipe tobacco. There’s an old-library quality to the bouquet—rich, complex, and undeniably refined. 👅 Palate: Eagle Rare 12 drinks like a slow-burning symphony. Luxurious waves of caramel, brown butter, and toasted nuts lead into cinnamon-spiced cocoa, subtle dried figs, and hints of orange zest. The higher maturity adds viscosity and a rich, chewy texture that clings to the palate without overwhelming it. 🔥 Finish: Long, warm, and deliberate. Notes of oak, dark chocolate, and peppery spice fade into a gentle, herbal mint that lingers like a final bow on a grand performance. Why It’s Special: Aged a full 12 years—rarer than most age-stated bourbons on the market Produced at the award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery Highly sought-after for its balance of deep oakiness and bright fruit Perfect for sipping neat or pairing with a fine cigar or rich dessert Whether you're building your collection or pouring something meaningful to mark a special moment, Eagle Rare 12 Year delivers a drinking experience that feels timeless, elevated, and truly rare.
