The eagle dancer is an eye catching figure at all Pueblo dances. Representing a connection between the physical and spiritua world, eagle feathers are also used for healing purposes. Carved by a husband and wife team, katsinas made by Elmer Adams and his wife are colorful, with liberal use of earth toned colors. Their figures have a pleasant simplicity and definitive Hopi style using single piece carving techniques and cottonwood. Measures 13½" (34 cm) long and 12" (30 cm) wide Artist: Elmer Adams (Hopi) **If you're interested in this product, please let us know since shipping charges applied separately
