Kool Stop Eagle 2 brake smooth post pad, salmon

Revolutionary Cantilever Brake Pad with Reinforced Steel Backbone The Eagle 2 is a revolutionary pad that first utilized the hardened reinforced steel internal backbone. This larger pad has been used in all areas of cycling and is a good choice when frame, wheel, and fork design allow. The Eagle 2 features advanced engineering with a patented angled tip plow, water grooves for improved wet-weather performance, and the Pad-Lock™ washer system for secure installation. Available in smooth post cantilever design with 2024 aluminum construction, the Eagle 2 offers reliable braking performance across various cycling disciplines. The salmon compound provides excellent modulation and consistent stopping power for everyday riding conditions. Advanced Engineering Hardened and plated reinforced steel internal backbone for superior strength and durability. Patented angled tip plow design enhances braking performance and pad wear characteristics. Water grooves improve wet-weather braking by channeling water away from the braking surface. Pad-Lock™ washer system ensures secure pad installation and prevents loosening. 2024 aluminum smooth post construction for lightweight, corrosion-resistant performance. Salmon compound formula delivers excellent modulation and consistent stopping power. Larger pad design provides increased braking surface for improved stopping performance. Proven design used across all areas of cycling for versatile application.
