E20VXC Stenner Econ VX Series Pump

Stenner Econ VX Series Variable Speed Pump | E20VXC The Stenner E20VXC is a high-volume, variable speed peristaltic pump engineered for efficient chemical dosing and fluid transfer in low-pressure environments. Part of the versatile Econ VX Series, this model provides a substantial flow range of 4.4 to 38.8 Gallons Per Day (GPD). While optimized for a maximum pressure of 25 PSI, the E20VXC excels in applications where high-volume delivery is more critical than high injection pressure. It is a preferred choice for swimming pool sanitation, commercial food and beverage processing, irrigation, and metal finishing. Its adjustable speed allows for precise scaling of chemical output, making it easy to adapt to changing system demands. Key Technical Features High-Volume Output: Delivers a versatile flow range from 4.4 to 38.8 GPD, providing plenty of capacity for larger treatment requirements. Low-Pressure Efficiency: Rated for 25 PSI, making it ideal for atmospheric tank filling, recirculating loops, or low-pressure injection points. Variable Speed Control: The easy-to-use adjustment interface (potentiometer) allows for fine-tuning the chemical feed rate to maintain perfect water chemistry. NEMA 4X Rated Construction: Features a robust, enclosed housing designed to withstand moisture and corrosive environments common in chemical rooms. Brushless DC Motor: Built for quiet operation and a long service life with minimal maintenance requirements. Patented Quick-Release Head: Simplifies maintenance with a tool-less design that allows for pump tube replacements in a matter of seconds. Self-Priming & Anti-Vapor Lock: The peristaltic design is inherently self-priming up to 25 feet and will not vapor lock when pumping chemicals that naturally off-gas, such as sodium hypochlorite. Safe Dry-Run Operation: The pump can run dry without risk of damage to the internal motor or the tube assembly. Voltage & Custom Options While this standard model is configured for 120V 60Hz, we offer additional power configurations to meet specialized electrical needs.
