E20FXH Stenner Econ FX Series Pump

Stenner Econ FX Series Fixed Rate Pump | E20FXH The Stenner E20FXH is a robust, fixed-rate peristaltic pump designed for applications that require a consistent and reliable chemical feed. As part of the Econ FX Series, this model is engineered for simplicity, delivering a steady flow rate of 23.5 Gallons Per Day (GPD) at pressures up to 80 PSI. This pump is the ideal "set it and forget it" solution for water treatment, fluid transfer, and irrigation. Because it operates at a constant speed, it is frequently used in conjunction with a controller, flow switch, or timer to manage dosing cycles. Whether you are treating a swimming pool, managing scale in a cooling tower, or injecting nutrients in a horticultural setting, the E20FXH provides heavy-duty performance in a compact, user-friendly package. Key Technical Features Consistent Fixed-Rate Output: Delivers a reliable 23.5 GPD, ensuring a steady chemical concentration without the need for manual speed adjustment. 80 PSI Pressure Rating: Capable of injecting solutions directly into pressurized water lines or circulation loops. NEMA 4X Rated Housing: The enclosed polycarbonate housing is designed to protect the motor and internal components from moisture and corrosive environments. Quiet Brushless Motor: Features a fan-cooled, brushless DC motor for quiet operation, increased efficiency, and a long service life. Patented Quick-Release Head: Maintenance is simplified with a tool-less design that allows for pump tube replacements in seconds. Self-Priming & Anti-Vapor Lock: The peristaltic design is inherently self-priming up to 25 feet and will not vapor lock from off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide. Safe Dry-Running: The pump can run dry without risk of damage to the internal pumping elements or the motor. Broad Application Versatility: Perfectly suited for swimming pools, food and beverage processing, metal finishing, and agricultural irrigation.
