E10VXA Stenner Econ VX Series Pump

Stenner Econ VX Series Variable Speed Pump | E10VXA The Stenner E10VXA is the high-precision, ultra-low volume model in the Econ VX Series, designed for applications where exact micro-dosing is critical. This variable speed peristaltic pump provides a finely controlled flow range of 0.8 to 7.4 Gallons Per Day (GPD). Optimized for system pressures up to 25 PSI, the E10VXA is a specialized tool for water treatment professionals who need to inject small amounts of solution into low-pressure lines, open tanks, or recirculating loops. It is highly effective for swimming pool chemistry, nutrient dosing in horticulture, and specialized food and beverage applications. The top-mounted potentiometer allows for effortless manual adjustment, ensuring your dosage remains consistent even as your process needs evolve. Key Technical Features Ultra-Low Volume Precision: Delivers a steady, adjustable output from 0.8 to 7.4 GPD, perfect for applications requiring minimal chemical concentrations. Low-Pressure Optimization: Rated for 25 PSI, ideal for atmospheric injection, cooling towers, and low-pressure water treatment systems. Variable Speed Potentiometer: Allows for quick, manual scaling of the pump’s output without the need for complex programming. NEMA 4X Rated Housing: The enclosed polycarbonate design protects against corrosive environments and moisture, ensuring a long service life in tough conditions. Brushless DC Motor: Engineered for quiet operation, superior energy efficiency, and high reliability. Patented Quick-Release Head: Features a tool-less design that makes pump tube replacements fast and simple, keeping maintenance costs low. Self-Priming & Anti-Vapor Lock: The peristaltic design is inherently self-priming up to 25 feet and will not vapor lock when handling off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide. Safe Dry-Running: The E10VXA can safely run dry without risk of damage to the motor or internal pumping elements.
