E.H. Taylor Straight Rye Whiskey

My esteemed associates, I introduce to you a spirit that captures the sum of all my years dedicated to the art of whiskey-making: the E.H. Taylor Straight Rye Whiskey. Now, I've always believed in the dictum that whiskey is to be enjoyed, not endured. With that in mind, I’ve labored diligently to create a Straight Rye that defies the ordinary, elevating itself to the realm of the extraordinary. Ah, the first sip! It is akin to a well-composed symphony, opening with a crescendo of complex rye spiciness and an undertone of robust vanilla. As you let it sit, you’ll note the melody evolves, introducing subtle harmonies of dried fruit and caramel. The finale is impeccable—a lingering warmth that captivates the senses and endures in the memory. To enjoy a glass of E.H. Taylor Straight Rye Whiskey is to partake in a legacy; my legacy. I trust you shall find it most agreeable. TASTING NOTES An altogether different recipe and profile than Sazerac Rye, this recipe contains just rye and malted barley, no corn. The result is an aroma full of dried fruit, black pepper, and a touch of fresh dill. A small sip brings an array of flavors both sweet and savory with a terrific balance of dark spices and subtle caramel overtones. The finish is especially pleasing with an oaky dryness that lingers just long enough.
