We’re happy to be featuring this juicy and sweet washed Ethiopian landrace coffee roasted by Regalia. In the cup we find juicy apricots, a stone fruit acidity in the form of blackberries, and a jasmine tea finish. This is a lovely example of washed Ethiopian coffees and strong processing and farming practices. There are expressive fruit notes yet there is detail and delicate presentation and extension of acidity. This one’s a great daily driver and opens up with more rest! For best taste, we recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3+ weeks!
