Forged Carbon Fiber Shift Knob from Compressive Tuning Compressive Tuning's forged carbon fiber shift knobs use an exclusive compression-molding process that produces a random fiber pattern unique to each piece -- no two knobs look exactly alike. The classic pear shape is optimized for comfortable hand position during quick shifts, with weight balanced for positive shift feel. An M18x1.5 to M12x1.25 thread adapter is included for height adjustment and broad Subaru transmission compatibility. Forged Carbon and Weight The forged carbon construction produces a visually distinctive surface with a pattern that reads as premium and unique rather than the uniform weave of standard woven carbon. At 180 grams with adapter installed (varies by model), the weight is deliberately chosen for positive tactile feedback during shifts -- enough mass for feel without being fatiguing. Color accent options vary by model. Designed for enthusiasts who demand both style and substance, this shift knob is compatible with any M12x1.25mm thread pattern and includes an adapter for height adjustment and logo centering.
