Admiring this little Ukrainian weapon while sitting in the car… and somehow a 7.7 gram crystal is completely stealing the moment This etched Heliodor from Volyn, Ukraine may be compact, but the presence is massive. Sharp barbell formation, intense golden saturation, and those naturally sculpted etched faces giving it that frozen-liquid texture collectors chase so hard. Every angle catches light differently—flashes of electric yellow, honey gold, and mirror-like reflections bouncing through the crystal. Pieces like this are why Ukrainian beryl has such a cult following. The combination of geometry, etching, and color just hits different… especially in sunlight pouring through the windows. Small enough to fit in your hand, powerful enough to stop you from putting it down. A tiny crystal with heavyweight energy.
